Kamal Hassan’s Gautham Menon directed, ‘Vettayadu Villayadu’ is finally releasing on June 1st week. There were many barriers which prevented this film reaching the theatres.

Now, all the speed-breakers have been removed from the path and the film is ready for release. The remarkable efforts of its producer 7th Channel Manickam Narayanan has made the film to release on June.

Now ‘Vetlayadu Villayadu’ one of the most awaited films of the year 2006 will release on June 2 or 6 after Kamal comes back from US and completes the dubbing and re-recording work for the second half of the film.

You all are aware of that assembly elections for tamilnadu is going to happen on 8th may 2006.

Both DMK & ADMK are wrestling with full force. ADMK grabbed almost all the market-gone actors and actresses for few thousands of rupees to canvassing for them. Last week Sarathkumar and Radhika joined ADMK for 20 Crores and started canvassing for ADMK.

Yesterday suddenly Kamalahassan went to America and the reason was due to heavy pressure from ADMK to canvass for them. ADMK offered 100 Crores for him but kamalahassan refused the deal.

Much expected Kamalhassan’s ‘Vettaiyadu Vilayadu’ audios was launched yesterday at Satyam Cinemas in Chennai. The City Police Commissioner R.Natraj was the cheif guest of the function.

The programme was started with the live music concert and many songs from Kamal and Harris Jeyaraj films was sung by Karthik, Unni Menon, Tippu, Sunitha Sarathy, Sreelekha Parthasarathy, Chinmaye, Mahathi and Shalini.

Many cine celebrities like Parthiban, Vivek, Vijay, Arya, Simbu, Sibiraj, Directors- Hari, Saran, Dharani, Bharathiraaja, Writer Sujatha, lyricist Thamarai, cameraman Ravi Varman, AVM Saravanan was participated in the function and praised the whole ‘VV’ team. The audio was lauched by Kamal, Jyothika and rest of ‘VV’ team.

Kamalahasan’s next release ‘Vettaiyadu Villayadu’ is shaped out well. The film is directed by Goutham, the director of super hit film ‘Kakka Kakka’. Jyothika and Kamalini Mukherjee doing female lead roles.

Most part of this movie was completely shot at US. Distributors of Tamil Nadu are ready to buy this movie by paying more cost. Chennai-Chengalpet area alone is sold out for 4 Crores.

Goutham is busy in giving final touches to the film and now re-recording work is going on. Haris Jeyaraj scores music for the movie. The audio cassettes of the film is releasing on March 5th in Chennai.

Kamalahasan’s ‘Vettaiyadu Villayadu’ shooting is almost over and Director Goutham is now busy in giving final touches to the film. The unit has gone yesterday to Madurai for shot a scene at Madurai Airport.

Kamal gets off the plane, to be received by Prakash Raj and they exchange a few words. Then Kamal changes his costume and another scene was shotted as like Kamal getting back into the plane. This was the shot taken yesterday.

Meanwhile many Kamal fans has surrounded the shooting spot and everyone took photos, this made the film unit tensed. Once its came to normal positon, Kamal got into his car and moved from there.

Kamal’s ‘Vettaiyadu Villayadu’ trailer has been released few days back, trailer itself has created more expectations over on that movie.

The film is directed by ‘Kakka Kakka’ fame Goutham and Seventh Channel produced it. Most part of the movie was completely shot at US. The whole movie was shot in a new technology, 35mm film.

Asking about the movie Goutham said, ‘It will be a Kakka Kakka-II’. Not only Kamal’s fans and whole Kollywood industry also eagerly waiting for the miovie.

K.Balachander is directing his 101st movie titled ‘Poi’ with Udhay Kiran and Vimala Raman as lead. Prakash Raj producing the film under his Duet Movies.

Shooting of the film is almost over and audio release function will be held on Jan 21st. Vidyasagar scores music for the film. Prakash Raj invited Kamal and Rajini to release the audio cassettes of ‘Poi’.

Interestingly, Rajinikanth would be releasing the audio and Kamal Haasan would be receiving the first copy of it in the presence of Balachander.
