Resul Pookuty who is not familiar to everyone but he is very much famous in Bollywood. He is expert in sound designing and mixing, where Bollywood knew very well about Resul pookuty. His native is kerala but after completed his graduation he moved to Mumbai.

Resul pookuty who showed his first debut in sound design in the year 1997 for the film Private Detective-Two plus one directed by Rajat Kappor. His another break was through the movie Black in 2005 which is directed by Sanjay Leele Bansali Resul won Academy Award for Best sound mixing along with Ian Tapp and Richard Pryke for his work in Slumdog Millionaire and also he won BAFTA award for Best Sound along with Glenn Fremantle, Richard Pryke, Tom Sawyers and Ian Tapp for his work in slum dog Millionaire. Moreover now he respected with the invaluable Oscar award for the Best Sound Mixing.
